Soft?switching non?isolated high step?up three?level boost converter using single magnetic element

چکیده

Here, a soft switched three-level boost converter with high voltage gain is proposed which suitable for step-up applications wide output power range. In this converter, ZVT auxiliary circuit used provides switching in range of independent load variation. Utilizing coupled-inductors one magnetic core removes extra the and conjunction size reduction. Also, secondary tertiary leakage inductances minimize reverse recovery problem diodes. Due to its structure, it has very low stress over semiconductor elements comparison existing interleaved structures, resulting using MOSFETs on-resistance thus lower conduction losses cost. Operating modes as well analytical analysis are discussed. Finally, order validate performance, experimental results from 200-W laboratory prototype presented.
